Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Advantage

DPA Advantage — for which eLEND® is the administrator — is designed to provide down payment assistance in the form of a grant equal to 2% or 3.5% of the purchase price to a wide variety of eligible borrowers. DPA Advantage is offered by a governmental entity and may be used with the FHA 203(b) program or any of our FHA renovation programs, including the FHA One-Time Close program.

PERFECT FOR: First-time and moderate-income home buyers as well as many service professionals, including first-responders, educators, medical personnel, civil servants in a federal, state, or local municipality, and military personnel.

Factory-Built Housing End Loans

eLEND® offers a comprehensive suite of Factory-Built Housing programs for borrowers, including FHA, VA, and USDA, to help meet the growing segment of the housing market.

PERFECT FOR: Home builders who don't want to use a One-Time Close loan. 

VA Loans

One of the government-backed programs eLEND® provides — and among the few remaining “no money down” loans available to eligible buyers.
